Born in 1983, Sinobu took his first dance classes at the age of 16 which was a very important turning point in his life due to his timid personality.
At the age of 28 Sinobu had the desired to convert the ingenuity and express the passion he had from dancing to art.
Keeping his dancing name “Frame” and now adding on his his creativity to show others his continuous interest with the word “Works” is how “Frame Works” was born.
